From a recognized player in the finishing and hot-stamping industry, this STEUER PZ 90 is in excellent overall condition. Recently in production, the machine has been carefully maintained and has just undergone a full overhaul, ready for its next owner.
The STEUER PZ 90 offers a complete hot foil stamping and embossing solution, designed to handle a wide variety of jobs. Its frame allows it to work on sheets ranging from 29 x 45 cm up to 64 x 90 cm, with a foil working area of 54 x 82 cm.
The machine can process up to 3,600 sheets per hour, ensuring high-volume production. Its foil capacity ranges from 20 to 800 meters, allowing for long, uninterrupted runs. Equipped with four independently controlled heating zones for greater precision and four advances to minimize double feeds and misalignments, the PZ 90 guarantees accurate and consistent results.
With precise pressure control across the entire cylinder, this machine delivers consistent results while limiting operator errors common with a platen press.
A historic German family-owned company, founded in the 1970s, STEUER started as a machine dealer before quickly turning to manufacturing. From the 1980s onwards, the company offered its own hot foil stamping machines (PZ series) and in 1995 presented its first rotary foil stamping machine at Drupa, confirming its expertise.
