HORIZON STITCH AND FOLDER 2010

Recently acquired from an in-house printing facility within a municipality in the south of France, this Horizon finishing line has less than 5 million booklets on the counter. It remained in production until the 2026 municipal elections and is being sold due to replacement with a higher productivity system. It is therefore in perfect working condition.

Equipped with two VAC60HC collating towers, this line provides an efficient solution for collating and finishing. Combined with a flat saddle stitching unit, folding section, and three-knife trimmer, it covers the entire booklet production process, from gathering to final trimming.

The SPF-200A unit combined with two 6-station VAC60HC towers allows up to 12-page loading, with an average real production speed ranging from 2,500 to 3,800 booklets per hour depending on A4 or A5 format. Designed for short to medium runs, it offers good flexibility in terms of formats and paper thickness. Most settings are automated, reducing operator intervention and enabling quick job changeovers.

Founded in 1946, the Japanese manufacturer HORIZON has become a major player in collating and finishing, officially adopting the HORIZON name in 1975. The company is recognized for the reliability and durability of its equipment. This complete line is an ideal solution for print shops looking for a versatile system capable of handling a wide range of booklet production requirements.
