With its DC-745 model, Duplo offers a complete and efficient solution for cutting and creasing. This machine is equipped with an additional option allowing micro-perforation. Designed to meet a wide range of requirements, it offers multiple job possibilities and is ideal for finishing small-format digital print applications.

Equipped with an automated setup system, it ensures clean and precise results without cracking, with a maximum theoretical speed of up to 6,000 sheets per hour. The integrated PC Controller makes job setup easy and significantly reduces makeready times, improving operator comfort and allowing greater job flexibility within short production times.

In addition, the machine is capable of storing jobs via barcode recognition, enabling automatic recalibration. This feature increases productivity, especially for short runs and variable jobs.

The feeding system operates via air suction, ensuring reliable and consistent sheet feeding while significantly reducing misfeeds and production downtime.
